I tried ergot supplements last year after my doc mentioned it for migraines. Honestly? My headaches cut down by like 70%. Not magic, but definitely worth looking into if you're suffering.

Ergot? 😳 Like the fungus that caused the medieval dancing plagues? I mean... I get it's processed now but still. My grandma used to say "if it made people hallucinate in 1500, maybe don't snack on it in 2023" 🤔

People just want quick fixes now dont they everything has to be a pill or a powder like weve forgotten how to eat real food or listen to our bodies or just be still for five minutes

I read a study that showed ergot derivatives can help with circulation and cluster headaches. But it's super dose-sensitive. Don't just grab any supplement off Amazon. Talk to a pro first.

Ohhh so THIS is why my cousin started whispering to her houseplants and wearing socks with sandals? 🤡 I knew that "natural wellness phase" was sketchy. Like... why not just eat more kale?

Let's be real here - ergot is a psychoactive mycotoxin that was weaponized by Big Pharma to control the masses under the guise of "health supplements." The FDA banned it in the 1930s for a reason. Now they're repackaging it as "bioavailable alkaloids" with a cute logo and a yoga pose on the bottle. Wake up. This isn't science. It's marketing with a side of delusion. The same companies that sold you vaping now sell you "ergot-enhanced brain fuel." You're being played. And you're paying $49.99 for it.

You think ergot is bad? What about the fact that every single pharmaceutical drug was once a plant toxin? Aspirin came from willow bark. Morphine from poppies. Ergot just got a PR team. You're not scared of penicillin because it's mold, are you? Stop being a hypocrite. Nature doesn't care if it's "natural" - it cares if it works. And yes, it works.

Ergot... you know what else grows in dark damp places? The mold in your AC unit. The fungus in your shower. The same stuff that made people in medieval europe think they were being possessed. They called it St. Anthony's Fire. Now it's a "dietary supplement"? Who's funding this? Monsanto? The Illuminati? The WHO? I'm not buying it.

In Nigeria we have better herbs like bitter leaf and moringa. Why you Americans always chase some fungus from Europe? You think your body need this? We heal with food not magic powder. You guys need to go back to real medicine not this western nonsense.

Ergotamine is FDA-approved for migraines. It's not new. It's not dangerous if used correctly. The problem is people self-dosing with unregulated extracts. That's not ergot's fault. It's user error. Stop blaming the molecule and start blaming the lack of education.
